Chain ![]() |
Our cable was our chain was 120 cm in length, and it had links that were 24mm in length. However, any kind of metal or plastic cable should work. Rope, string and tubing resist bending, and they tend to not generate a sufficiently precise catenary shape when suspended. Quantity: 1 |

Rubber Mat ![]() |
The mat is essential for providing adequate friction between the base of the lower-most block and the desktop. It also protects the blocks (and desktop) when the blocks fall. The mat should not be too thick or “spongy,” or the whole arch will tend to tip over sideways. Quantity: 1 |
