Interesting Student Projects:

 

1. Building the CN Tower in half an Hour

20 groups of students, each of five students, build a 12.5 feet model of the CN tower in less than an hour. This is a hands-on project management exercise that involved detailed planning, scheduling, and progress tracking to meet a strict project deadline.

2. Building A Full campus Model in One Hour

100 students formed 4 groups that built a 5 x 5 feet model of the full UW campus in one hour. This is a hands-on exercise that involved detailed planning, scheduling, and timely execution of the plan.

3. Two Modular Towers in One Hour

115 students formed 24 specialty contractor groups that built a 6 x 6 feet model of two modular towers in one hour. This is a hands-on exercise that involved detailed planning, scheduling, and timely execution of the plan.
