As various members of this mailing list were our west last week (some horseback riding), me, Michelle, and Peter Brown put on our cowboy boots, chaps, and 10 gallon hats to play a few sets about horses and alt-country in general. As well other songs were played for reasons I highlight below. Michelle and I just got back from a 5 day canoe trip this weekend to Algonquin park, it was very exhausting but fun. Although Michelle threatened to play a set about camping last weekend she never did, so we will this week, if you have songs about camping, canoeing, being outdoors, or songs that just remind you of any of these things, send them along.
